Brisbane, Australia: Multiplex has delivered the final piece of Shayher Group’s Brisbane Quarter, The One Residences.

The luxury residential tower, soaring 82 stories above Brisbane’s 300 George Street, joins the multi-award winning 5-star W Brisbane Hotel and 40-storey Commercial Tower, to mark the completion of the $1 billion mixed use-development.

The One is a $300 million development comprising of 467 residential units, riverside retail and dining precinct with quality design finishes to the lobby, recreational and amenity areas. It stands 274m high, matching Brisbane’s tallest tower.

Multiplex Regional Managing Director Graham Cottam said he was proud to have reached this highly anticipated milestone and have delivered the world class precinct for Brisbane on behalf of Shayher Group.

“After 1,359,642 man hours, 30,000m3 of concrete and a range of innovative construction techniques, The One is complete, and with it, the entire Brisbane Quarter,” said Mr Cottam.

Formerly the site of the Supreme Court of Queensland, the Brisbane Quarter precinct occupies 7,892 sqm of prime riverfront inner-city land and fronts North Quay, George, Adelaide, and Ann streets, and reinvigorates the traditional legal precinct.
