Providing market-leading office space in the City of London.
Located in the heart of the City of London’s Square Mile, 75 London Wall will deliver over 450,000 sq. ft. of prime office space while breathing new life into the existing 1990s structure.
Representing the future of sustainable commercial development, the scheme retains and reuses parts of the building’s concrete frame and substantial areas of the original limestone façade, preserving its historic character while supporting a more sustainable and carbon friendly approach to re-developing. The project will deliver an additional 200,000 sq ft of lettable office space through construction of a seven storey extension constructed above the retained six-storey structure.
Providing floor plates at 140m long and 40m wide is unique for the City, with the existing structure boasting column free plate spans. Three of the lower floors were built specifically to enable trading, with significant floor to ceiling heights. 75 London Wall will also deliver a Cultural Forum space for events, performances, and public speaking, linked to a new external public space and pedestrian walkway. This facility will be available for public use.
