Rebuilding an old apartment complex into a mixed-use community
Multiplex completed both the refurbishment and re-build of the 20 year old Al Ghurair Centre apartment complex, located in the heart of Dubai.
A cosmopolitan mix of modern living set against a backdrop of traditional charm, it offers a charming mix of two, three and five bedroom apartments. Beautifully landscaped internal gardens create a sense of flow between the elegant towers which house a compliment of 347 apartments, office space and modern facilities that spread throughout the complex.
At street level, the complex features an eclectic mix of commercial tenancies and shopping opportunities, forming part of its very own shopping mall.
Al Ghurair City Residence is located within easy access to Union Square Metro Station, and Dubai International Airport (10 minutes drive).
