Multiplex delivered the 385,000 square foot student residence in a tight urban environment, in time for the academic year.
The CampusOne Student Residences development is a 25 storey tower located in the thriving College and Spadina area. It features ground floor retail, 298 residential units (890 beds) and quality student amenities including a study lounge, state-of-the-art fitness facility, communal laundry, a 336-seat dining room and a full service cafeteria.
The project started in 2014 with the demolition of three existing buildings on the constrained site, followed by the construction and fit-out of the 25 storey residential tower. Substantial completion was achieved in time for student occupancy ahead of the 2017-2018 academic year.
