An outstanding development
Construction of the 42-level commercial tower at 300 George Street began in June 2017 with the building taking its place in Brisbane’s skyline late 2019
The 42-level commercial tower is part of the $1 billion mixed-use development known as 'Brisbane Quarter'. The structure offers 58,209m2 of office space, a worker garden and community areas and has achieved 5 star Green Star and NABERS ratings.
The integrated, world class, mixed-use development is located on the former Law Courts site, strategically positioned on the corner of George and Ann Streets conforming to the neighbouring business and civic context.
All three stages of the development construction have been delivered by Multiplex.
