Building with precision achieves a 12 month programme for the 13 storey apartment block

The terraced apartments feature panoramic views over Dubai Creek and have a unique design which progressively steps back, floor-by-floor. This feature adds to the building’s distinctive architectural style, pairing elegant curves and sculptural design. It also allows maximum visibility from the residences on all the floors overlooking the Maktoum Bridge and Dubai Creek.

The prominently expressed terraces of this L-shaped building offer a recessed first floor, which provides open areas for the pool deck and jacuzzi, while retail outlets, a coffee shop and a health club are housed on the ground floor.

The building was constructed using load-bearing precast facia panels, a type of construction usually found in low-rise buildings, and not previously used in the Middle East for buildings of this size. Careful coordination of the works from design, detailing and execution was fundamental to achieving a successful outcome, which saw Multiplex deliver the Creekside residences within 12 months.
