The largest hotel constructed in Western Australia, delivering an unprecedented benchmark in quality for the State.

The ambitious project has raised the bar for quality; including an internal fit-out that has set the benchmark for luxury accommodation in Perth.

The hotel towers have a total of 500 rooms, consisting of 453 standard rooms and 47 villa and suite rooms. The hotel also boasts luxury spa and gym facilities, high end private gaming salons and ultra-lounge spaces. The three podium levels link the existing Crown Metropol hotel complex with Crown Towers and situates the revived hotel reception as well as a range of bars, restaurants, ballrooms and conference facilities with associated back of house service areas.

The project also involved over 33,000m2 of external works, including a new cascading lagoon-style pool and extensive landscaping and infrastructure.
