One of the largest transformations to the skyline and integrated resorts on the Gold Coast
Dubbed the 'Tower for Tourism', the 63 storey mixed use tower will host an internationally recognised, five-star hotel brand featuring 210 world-class hotel rooms, luxurious amenities and 457 contemporary apartments that will form part of The Star Residences.
The masterplan and Stage 2 Tower will maintain and improve all pedestrian and cycle connections through and around the site. Links are encouraged to connect the pedestrian and vehicle infrastructure to the Convention Centre, Pacific Fair, Gold Coast Light Rail stations and Broadbeach beachfront.
Over the project's development, it is expected that 2,300 construction, operation and indirect roles will be generated. The development is to achieve the objective of strengthening the identity of The Star Gold Coast/ Broadbeach Island.
