One of the largest transformations to the skyline and integrated resorts on the Gold Coast

Destination Gold Coast Tower 2 forms the second stage of the Destination Gold Coast Consortium’s integrated resort development at Broadbeach on the Gold Coast.

The 65-storey tower incorporates over 200 hotel rooms, 457 residential apartments, retail space, a day spa, operational facilities and 602 car parks within a six-level podium.

The project required the integration of hotel, residential, retail and operational functions within a single high-rise development while interfacing directly with the operational Stage 1 tower and the future Stage 3 development. The tower includes extensive podium infrastructure, loading facilities, back-of-house operations and retail tenancies, supporting a complex mixed-use environment within a constrained integrated resort precinct.

As part of the broader transformation of Broadbeach Island, the development contributes to a connected mixed-use destination that supports tourism, hospitality and residential activity while enhancing accessibility across the surrounding urban environment.
