Luxury residences and resort with integrated marina and promenade

Designed as an integrated resort, marina, retail and residential precinct, Eastern Mangroves provides the perfect escape from the city.

Situated on the water’s edge overlooking a large expanse of mangrove forest, the resort embraces all aspects of Abu Dhabi heritage and culture while also preserving and protecting the sensitive environmental surroundings.

The five-star project has been designed in line with strict eco-guidelines. Before the structural works were completed, Multiplex ensured that an in depth analysis of the delicate marine eco-system and mangrove regeneration was carried out to ensure that all eco-guidelines continue to be met.

Offering the combination of a 223-room five-star business hotel, 52 luxury three-bedroom apartments and 169 serviced apartments, the project also includes marina facilities, a quayside promenade, a signature spa, retail outlets, dining and entertainment areas.

In addition to the hotel and apartment construction, Multiplex also undertook extensive land reclamation and external works, including the construction of a district cooling facility, and the construction of a 30 berth marina.
