Luxury apartment living
Multiplex delivered 'Flatiron' and 'Valley House', the first two buildings of the three tower precinct, in what has become Brisbane’s largest and most iconic residential apartment development, ‘FV’.
The 33-level development includes a total of 651 apartments over 25 floors and over 2,500m2 of retail. Residents have access to over 3,000m2 of luxury amenities in the ‘FV Private Club’ which includes an infinity-edge pool stretching 65m around the nose of flatiron in a unique ‘U’ shape, three custom spas, a moonlight cinema, private dining rooms, a commercial sized gym and yoga studio, private dining and bar areas and large resort style decks for outdoor entertaining.
The development was designed to raise the bar for luxury living in Australia. Behind its striking façade, additional funds were spent to further upgrade the already luxury appointed apartments, lobby and amenity areas, ensuring the project is something Brisbane can be proud of for many years to come.
Upgrades on a number of inclusions and materials throughout the buildings included floorboards for all apartments, the largest LifeFitness gym equipment order in Queensland, significant additional landscaping, premium retail fit-outs, acoustic upgrades, and additional finishes throughout the lobbies and amenity level.
Mantra Group’s high-end Peppers brand requirements were incorporated into the final design.
Key anchor tenant Winning Appliances relocated from their existing Brunswick Street showroom into the custom-designed 1,770m2 showroom, with its tenancy operational and trading approximately eight months prior to practical completion.
