The redevelopment of Galleria Shopping Centre in Morley, Western Australia, for Vicinity Centres will reshape the centre to support a contemporary retail and entertainment experience.
Works include a comprehensive reconfiguration of tenancies across the ground floor and level one to introduce a new mix of retail, entertainment and food and beverage offerings.
The existing level one car park deck will be expanded to create additional retail and dining space, supported by structural upgrades and modifications to the existing layout. The project also delivers a refreshed mall environment with new finishes, upgraded amenities, and improved vertical transport, including lifts and escalators.
Key upgrades include the transformation of the existing food court into a mini-major tenancy; new and enhanced centre entries; and the creation of a dedicated terrace food and beverage area supported by new loading facilities. External works, including landscaping and traffic improvements, will improve accessibility and connectivity across the site.
Together, these works modernise the centre while maintaining operations, creating a more connected, accessible and engaging destination for the community.
