One of the Gold Coast's most significant developments.
The striking Hilton Surfers Paradise Hotel and Residences provides a destination for those seeking a world class array of luxurious living, dining, shopping and entertainment options in a premier location on the Gold Coast.
The distinctive dual-tower is home to the Hilton, breaking ground with a unique concept, fusing accommodation and private residences with the comforts and amenities of a world-renowned hotel.
The 34-level Boulevard Tower consists of 186 apartments over retail shops, while Orchid Tower includes the 169 room Hilton Hotel to level 15, where it merges into 224 residences from level 16 to 57; topped by two, three level penthouses.
The retail precinct unfolds over two levels of the dual towers, delivering 4,500 square metres of premium retail space. There is also a mix of contemporary dining, including the Hilton’s signature restaurant, Salt Grill, which is a gastronomic draw card, boasting celebrity chef Luke Mangan at the helm.
By executing pioneering design standards and with a focus on lifestyle, Multiplex has created an exciting addition to the skyline with the distinctive curved architecture. The Hilton Surfers Paradise Hotel and Residences is also the first project of its kind on the Gold Coast and is the first hotel and residential project to be operated by Hilton Hotels & Resorts in Australia.
