M-City, developed by Schiavello Group in partnership with Saraceno Group is the largest mixed-use development in Melbourne.
Drawing on extensive experience in residential, commercial and retail construction Multiplex was able to deliver this vibrant mini city, consisting of three residential towers, an international hotel, an office tower and a retail centre with 60 stores. The three residential towers have a total of 642 apartments, a 250 bed international hotel and an office tower providing 18,000 square metres Grade A commercial space and a 30,450 square metre retail centre with 60 stores including Woolworths, K-Mart, cinema, a medical centre and a childcare centre.
