Enabling Royal Far West to increase its generous work for country kids in need
Bound by Wentworth Street and South Steyne, Multiplex will deliver Royal Far West's iconic beachfront development in Manly, the Aurora apartments, as well as revitalised accommodation for country families, and a blend of retail, commercial, and lifestyle-related spaces.
Works include revitalising the Centre for Country Kids (CCK) building and partially demolishing and refurbishing the existing Drummond House. In addition, Multiplex will construct mixed-use buildings that incorporate residential apartments, retail and commercial uses, medical uses, and associated guest accommodation with basement parking and landscaping.
