The final piece of the iconic masterplan

Phase 2 continues the development of the iconic Television Centre for Stanhope PLC and Mitsui Fudosan. 

Television Centre Phase 2 consists of two new residential buildings, located between the Hammersmith and City tube line, and a live television studio.

Designed by Stirling Prize-winning architectural practices dRMM and AHMM, 345 apartments will be constructed across two plots totaling 470,000 sq. ft. The development will complete the masterplan and provide much need housing and public realm for the local community.

The creation of a second entrance on Wood Lane and pedestrian access through to Hammersmith Park will further open up the site for residents.
