The Jumeirah Gate is a mixed-use 77-storey twin tower development in Dubai that accommodates the Address Beach Resort, which includes a 183-key five star hotel and 443 Address serviced apartments, as well as 478 private residential apartments.
The development occupies a prime location on plot 3920573 at the end of JBR Beach with a plot size of approximately 20,000m2, plus an additional area of 10,000m2 of leased land for landscaping.
The project has an effective built up area of approximately 255,000m2, which consists of ground floor, two podium levels (that make up the main public areas as well as the service areas) and two twin towers with a total height of 310m. The podium includes the main drop-off area and lobby, a wide selection of specialty restaurants, an all-day dining restaurant, and a destination bar. Main car parking is located in three basement levels, while the podium provides for valet parking for the hotel. The total parking built up area is approximately 50,900m2 and provides 1,321 car parking bays.
The East Tower from level 3 to level 72 is entirely dedicated to the residential apartments, while levels 3 to 16 in the West Tower hold the hotel rooms. Above this, from level 18 to level 72 are the Address serviced apartments, with the most upscale units located in the ’Sky Collection’ floors on levels 64 to 72. The two towers are connected at the base and by a skybridge spanning from level 63 to level 77.
The building is topped by a specialty restaurant, rooftop bar and infinity pool, which in March 2021 set a Guinness World Record for ‘World’s highest infinity pool.’
