The Grove is located on the border of Peppermint Grove, Cottesloe and Claremont, in what is widely considered one of Australia's most exclusive and expensive areas.
Multiplex will deliver two towers reaching 12 and 16 storeys, accommodating a range of contemporary apartments, including multi-million dollar penthouses and a rooftop bar.
An additional two buildings will also house a separate podium apartment building, commercial tenancies and resort style amenities including a golf simulator, sauna, poolside private dining and residents' garden, reflecting the character and sophistication of the superb location.
