High-quality finishes of granite, marble and Arabic-influenced mosiac tiling creates luxurious interiors

The Residences – South Ridge is a cluster of six high-rise residential towers housing 939 apartments ranging from one to three-bedrooms, enveloped by a four-storey podium.

The towers are between 28 and 42 storeys high with apartments ranging in size from 835sqft and 3008sqft. Owners were able to select one of two interior design options (Serenity and Eternity), with all apartments boasting high-grade finishes of granite and marble, and Arabic-inspired mosaic wall and floor tiles.

The podium houses 1225 parking spaces and 18 double storey villas, 27 retail outlets, leisure facilities including a fitness centre, squash and badminton courts, a library, games room, mini theatre, four guest suites and a business lounge. It is fully-landscaped and includes two swimming pools and two children’s playgrounds.

Drawing from experience on the earlier completed Residences Phases 1 & 2 and Marina Promenade (which was being built at the same time), systems were refined and Multiplex was able to significantly minimise construction times.
