West Side Place Stage 2 is the final stage of the $2 billion-dollar West Side Place precinct. 

Stage 2 comprises two 70-level towers which will boast the highest quality interior finishes and fittings. Residents will also have access to private dining rooms, a luxury lounge, meeting rooms, a wine cellar, garden terrace, rooftop cinema, lap pool and gymnasium.

Tower 3 is also set to contain 315 suites for the Dorsett Hotel between Ground and Level 10. 

The development includes central landscaped public areas and a new laneway connecting Lonsdale and Little Lonsdale Streets, providing new space for restaurants and boutiques.
