Caitriona Comerford

Caitriona Comerford is Global Executive Director, People, at Multiplex, leading the company’s people strategy across all regions.

Since joining in 2011, she has played a central role in shaping the employee experience, with a focus on supporting people to build rewarding, sustainable careers while contributing to business performance. Caitriona brings broad HR experience gained across multinational organisations, with expertise spanning talent acquisition, organisational development, learning and development, and employee engagement.

In her role, Caitriona oversees people initiatives across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and development through to wellbeing, inclusion and retention. She works closely with project teams to ensure people strategies are practical and responsive to the needs of site‑based environments, and has led a number of initiatives to improve flexibility, workforce capability and culture across the business.

Caitriona contributes to industry progress as part of the Australian Constructors Association’s Culture and Inclusiveness Working Party.
