Chris Palandri

Chris Palandri has more than 35 years’ experience in construction, with a long career at Multiplex across operational, development and executive leadership roles.

He has held positions including Contracts Manager, Development Manager and Sector Managing Director before being appointed Regional Managing Director, Western Australia, a role he has held for over 15 years. Chris brings extensive experience in project delivery and client engagement, with a strong track record leading major residential, retail and mixed‑use developments and building long‑term relationships with clients, consultants and key subcontractors.

As Regional Managing Director, Chris has ultimate responsibility for the operational performance of all Multiplex projects in Western Australia, including time, cost and quality outcomes. He is the company’s senior client contact and maintains open communication on project progress, opportunities and risks.

Chris has also contributed to the broader industry and community, previously serving as President of the Property Council in WA, a board member for the Property Council of Australia and currently as Chair of Scitech.
