Scott Williams

Scott is Vice President, Commercial at Multiplex Canada, with more than 24 years of international experience across Australia, the Middle East,  and Canada. He leads the Commercial, Estimating, and Procurement functions for the Canadian business, providing strategic oversight of commercial governance, risk management, procurement, and estimating activities across the project lifecycle.

Since joining Multiplex as a Contracts Manager, Scott has held a number of senior leadership positions, including Commercial Director in the Middle East, before relocating to Canada. His experience spans major residential, hospitality, retail, commercial, civic, and mixed-use developments, delivering complex projects in diverse market sectors and operating environments.

Scott works closely with project teams, trade partners, consultants and clients to drive strong commercial outcomes, support successful project delivery, and foster lasting industry relationships. Recognized for his collaborative leadership style and transparent approach, he is passionate about developing high-performing teams and creating value for clients and project partners from project inception through to completion.
