The thoughtful reimagining of St John's Wood Barracks.

The timeless architecture of St John's Wood Square spans 5.5 private acres in a peaceful enclave of the capital,  delivering 120 exceptional residences.

The former St John’s Wood Barracks and home to The King’s Troop, Royal Horse Artillery for more than a century, the estate has been reimagined as a distinguished residential quarter. Residences are centred around the restoration of the site’s Grade II-listed Riding School, preserving an important chapter of London’s heritage while setting a new benchmark for contemporary living.

Residents of St John’s Wood Square will benefit from access to the Riding School, which will become The Riding Club, a private residents’ club with exceptional amenities, including a state-of-the-art wellness centre, a 20-metre swimming pool, spa and sports facilities, private dining rooms, a screening lounge and a dedicated concierge service.

Across the wider development, 120 elegant townhouses, lateral and duplex residences and penthouses sit amongst 2.6 acres of landscaped gardens designed by nine-time RHS Chelsea Flower Show Gold Medal winner and three-time Best in Show winner, Andy Sturgeon, with the architectural masterplan inspired by London’s traditional garden squares.

In close proximity to The Regent’s Park and Primrose Hill, with seamless connections to Mayfair, Marylebone, and the West End, St John’s Wood is one of London’s most established and desirable residential neighbourhoods, and the redevelopment of St John’s Wood Square represents the latest chapter in its enduring legacy.
