Multiplex delivers first piece of Bankside Yards masterplan

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM: Premier global construction company Multiplex has reached practical completion on Arbor, the first building to be delivered at Western Yards, on behalf of property developer Native Land.

Designed by PLP Architecture, the 20-story mid-rise stands at 80m in height and sits above the historic railway arches in Southwark. The building comprises a mix of commercial and retail space.

Designed with sustainability and wellness in mind, the building features high ceilings, wide windows, open-air terraces and intelligent technologies. The generous, double-height collaboration spaces complement flexible working, while top-of-the-range cycle amenities encourage active travel.

Abor represents Multiplex’s ongoing collaboration with developer Native Land, with the contractor having delivered Burlington Gate, a luxury residential development in London’s prestigious Mayfair district.
