Bringing new, boutique homes to The Junction

Junction House is a 140,000 square foot mid-rise that will add 151 homes to The Junction. The development features contemporary studio, one, two and three-bedroom units, as well as duplex suites located on floors six and seven and several laneway townhomes at the rear of the building.

The project will also provide tenants with 6,500 square feet of modern indoor and outdoor amenities, including a co-working and social space, a fully equipped fitness centre and an expansive rooftop terrace with a fire pit, communal BBQs, lounge seating and panoramic views of the Toronto skyline.
