Multiplex has delivered The Ribbon in Darling Harbour, with the W Sydney and IMAX opening in October 2023.
The eye-catching curved building sits between two elevated sections of the city’s Western Distributor motorway at the southern end of the waterfront precinct.
The hotel-entertainment complex includes the W Hotel Sydney across 25 floors, encompassing 588 5-star luxury guest rooms and suites, AWAY Spa, WET Deck with 30m heated infinity pool, BTWN restaurant, Living Room bar and the two-storey rooftop bar 29/30, securing the development as a showstopper for both visitors and Sydneysiders.
Included in the development is a transformed IMAX, retail space and 10,000m2 of renewed and enhanced public domain.
