One of the largest commercial office precincts in Melbourne’s CBD.

Located at the 'Paris end' of Collins Street, 80 Collins is a striking commercial tower and retail precinct in Melbourne.

The structure is an exciting addition to the CBD, offering an extensive retail and dining precinct as well as over 43,000 square metres of premium office space.

The tower also features a remarkable, faceted glass exterior which cantilevers 12 metres over existing buildings on Collins Street. The cantilever is an Australian first, built to withstand 30,000kN tensile force through the concrete core without the need for additional structural support columns.
