A complex mechanical and electrical upgrade and energy saving light management system

The project involved the complete interior fit-out of four-and-a-half floors of existing commercial office space. It features high-end finishes, collaboration spaces, quality amenities and operable meeting room walls to provide alternate workspaces suited to different working needs.

Construction involved extensive demolition and structural works to accommodate a new staircase between levels, an upgrade of the mechanical and electrical base build, and installation of an Encelium light management system to minimize energy waste.

The project was delivered in two stages to enable phased occupancy by Aon staff.
