A premium retirement home

Auriens Chelsea is a luxury retirement home situated in Dovehouse Street, Chelsea. It provides 56 high-end apartments alongside premium health and leisure facilities and spans a total area of 12,327 sq m.

Designed to match the Georgian architecture of the area, the project contains both one and two-bedroom residences which are finished to the highest standard. The interior design has been provided by Richmond International, who have also designed the interiors of prominent London hotels including The Beaumont and The Langham.

The project caters towards later-life residents, offering leading onsite healthcare and nursing. The development’s state-of-the-art spa provides a 15-metre swimming pool, vitality pool, salt sauna and treatment rooms to ensure that all residents stay comfortable and active.

Auriens Chelsea also includes a private cinema and speakeasy bar – both incorporating luxury styles into their interiors. A bespoke wine room also allows the development’s residents to host dinner parties and other private functions, while serving as a venue for wine tasting sessions with some of London’s top sommeliers.

The project’s premium location provides easy access to Chelsea’s King’s Road, which is home to over 300 retail units. The area has strong links with the UK fashion and music industries, offering easy access to a range of clubs, theatres and galleries.
