A pre-eminent commercial office tower to complete Brookfield Place Perth
Located in the heart of the Perth CBD, Brookfield Place Tower 2 provides a new prime commercial office tower within the existing Brookfield Place precinct.
Multiplex was awarded the contract to build Brookfield Place Tower 2 for sister company and client Brookfield Properties.
The 16 level premium-grade office tower is the final stage in the Brookfield Place precinct development in Perth. It follows Multiplex’s successful delivery of the 45-level Tower 1 building in 2012.
Brookfield Place Tower 2 includes approximately 2,100 square metres of large, efficient, column-free floor plates, conference facilities, 110 parking spaces and state of the art end of trip facilities for over 330 bike commuters. The project also incorporates a sheltered upper-level walkway across Mounts Bay Road to provide greater connectivity between the Esplanade Bus Port, Esplanade Train Station and Perth’s CBD.
Brookfield Place is the pre-eminent commercial precinct in Perth with premium office space, sophisticated restaurants, bars and retail space.
