One of Perth's most significant commercial projects.
Capital Square Tower 1 is the first of three buildings constructed on the Old Emu Brewery site on Mounts Bay Road in Perth.
Tower One consists of 32 levels of premium grade office space, with the contemporary development creating an environment that prioritises the needs of employees. The building has become the Perth headquarters for Woodside Energy Limited and offers connected technology, flexible meeting spaces and extensive wellness facilities.
The project received a 6 Star Green Star Office Design & As Built rating from the Green Building Council Australia, and was the first high-rise tower to achieve this in Western Australia.
Multiplex also constructed a four-storey podium building which includes world-class employee facilities for Woodside as well as the hotel’s premium gymnasium and pool facilities.
