The Grattan Street Student Accommodation project is situated in the heart of Melbourne’s inner-city suburb, Carlton, and has 15 levels, featuring a mixture of student accommodation, communal spaces and three retail tenancies.

This building comprises of 365 rooms, made up of a combination of single studio and multiple occupant rooms, which hosts a total of 464 beds.

This development also consists of basement level communal amenities including a courtyard, gym, shared kitchen and entertainment facilities, communal terraces on Levels 3 & 15, and communal study spaces throughout.

The Grattan Street Student Accommodation project has a prime location for students, being within walking distance to the CBD, Lygon St, Queen Victoria Market and Melbourne Central, as well as being across the road from the University of Melbourne.
