Multiplex delivered the 50 storey residential high-rise tower in downtown Toronto six months ahead of schedule.
Designed by award-winning architects Page + Steele and IBI Group, the residential tower brings 563 units to Toronto’s Garden District across 440,000 square feet.
The development features two levels of underground parking, ground floor retail space, amenity spaces include a theatre room, a fitness centre, yoga room, party room, guest suites, expansive outdoor terrace with communal BBQs, dining and lounge space, learning centre with group study rooms and lounge areas.
