The Grattan Street Student Accommodation project is situated in the heart of Melbourne’s inner-city suburb, Carlton, and has 15 levels, featuring a mixture of student accommodation, communal spaces and three retail tenancies.

This building comprises of 365 rooms, made up of a combination of single studio and multiple occupant rooms, which hosts a total of 452 beds.

With a double-height atrium, the building features a range of amenities and communal space. The ground floor level provides students with an open entertainment area, lounge and library, while quiet study areas punctuate the first, second and third floors to foster collaboration. Residents will also enjoy a basement-level courtyard, gym, games and music rooms, as well as a kitchen and dining area. Communal terraces on levels 3 and 15 provide connectivity to the outdoors.

The Grattan Street Student Accommodation project has a prime location for students, being within walking distance to the CBD, Lygon St, Queen Victoria Market and Melbourne Central, as well as being across the road from the University of Melbourne.
