As the first commercial building completed at the Elizabeth Quay precinct, One The Esplanade accommodates approximately 3,000 people, boasting premium views over the Swan River, Supreme Court Gardens and Langley Park.

The 29-level tower provides over 57,000 square meters of premium office space for anchor tenant Chevron Australia alongside world-class amenities and commercial tenancies. The tower also boasts unique design features including its central “Oculus”.

The Oculus is a three-story circular opening through the podium allowing natural light penetration into many of the amenities including the childcare, gym, restaurants and Chevron reception.
