The Mantaray is the visionary development of project partners Tim Gordon, founder and CEO of Gordon Corp, and pub baron Bruce Mathieson.
The residences include a collection of 24 two, three and four-bedroom apartments, villas and penthouses, resort facilities and an exclusive members-only on water lounge, positioned alongside a 67-berth superyacht marina.
The superyacht marina (to be constructed by others) will provide long and short-term berth leasing, immediate ocean passage through the Gold Coast Seaway and year-round deep-water access, world-class marina operations, on-site security and full-service concierge.
An activated retail plaza designed to create a strong link between the Broadwater and the Pacific Ocean will connect the precinct to its surrounds and provide access to leading restaurants and cafes.
