Mantaray is a premium waterfront development positioned between the Broadwater and the Pacific Ocean on the Gold Coast.
The project combines luxury residences, resort facilities and an activated retail precinct, creating a destination for waterfront living and leisure.
The development comprises 24 apartments, villas and penthouses, complemented by extensive resort facilities and an exclusive members-only water lounge overlooking the marina precinct. Adjacent to the development, a 67-berth superyacht marina provides deep-water access, concierge services and long and short-term berthing opportunities.
An activated retail plaza strengthens connections between the Broadwater and surrounding destinations, supporting the broader vision of the Spit Master Plan while enhancing access to restaurants, cafés and waterfront experiences.
