The University Terraces were designed to create a communal landscaped campus environment that encourages continuous engagement and provides an outstanding student experience.

University Terraces comprises two separate seven-level buildings providing self-contained apartments for undergraduate and postgraduate students with many featuring balconies to help maximise natural light to living spaces. 

The development also offers an abundance of social meeting spaces throughout with study areas offering students fixed and flexible spaces, individual work zones and catering for small gatherings. Residents can also enjoy a designated student lounge, communal kitchen and laundry facilities, games room, IT lab and landscaped areas.
