Residential stage of the iconic Central Park development in Sydney

Designed by architects FJMT, Wonderland is a 13 storey building with 294 apartments, made up of one, two and three bedroom configurations. Residents also enjoy a gymnasium, lounge and rooftop terrace. The project also included construction of a Greenwood Early Education and Childcare Centre to accommodate 90 children.

Careful planning and an intricate construction process was required due to the busy city location as well as a demanding operational precinct, with various areas under construction and other areas complete and occupied.

In addition to the site’s operational challenges, there was also heritage significance to consider with the heritage buildings and structures retained and protected throughout the project.

Wonderland is the second project Multiplex as completed in the Central Park development, having also constructed DUO.
