London Injunction - 30 Grosvenor Square

On 6 May 2021, an injunction was made by the High Court of Justice prohibiting anyone from entering on or remaining at any part of the construction site which is within the hoardings, security fencing and gates from time to time surrounding 30 Grosvenor Square, London, W1A 1AE without the consent of Multiplex Construction Europe Limited, 30 GS Nominee 1 Limited and 30 GS Nominee 2 Limited.

Anyone in breach of the injunction will be in contempt of court and may be imprisoned, fined or have their assets seized.
