83 Pirie Street is a 22-level office development delivering more than 30,000 square metres of premium workspace.
Designed as a sustainable office tower, the project combines large, flexible floorplates with high-quality tenant amenities and environmentally sustainable design principles.
Recognised as Adelaide's first all-electric carbon-neutral-ready building, the development incorporates a range of sustainability initiatives, including electric vehicle charging infrastructure, rooftop landscaping and a building design that maximises natural light across three street frontages. Multiplex collaborated with Cbus Property to refine the architectural expression of the tower, introducing a distinctive façade featuring sawtooth detailing, bronze mesh and custom pressed brickwork. The project also includes an integrated rooftop structure designed to support ongoing façade maintenance, contributing to the building's long-term operational performance and sustainability outcomes.
