London injunction – Elephant and Castle

On 1 August 2023 (following a hearing on 28 July 2023), Mr Justice Sweeting granted an injunction to prevent Persons Unknown (as defined in the Claim Form) from entering onto or remaining at the Construction Site at Elephant and Castle SE1 6TE (formally known as the Elephant and Castle shopping centre and other buildings) without the Claimants’ permission or other lawful authority.

On 12 December 2023, the Claimants applied to the Court for a review of the injunction granted by Mr Justice Sweeting on 1 August 2023.

On 26 July 2024, the Claimants applied to the Court to extend the Order.

On 29 July 2024, Mr Justice Constable extended the injunction until further order (and subject to the Claimants applying to further extend or for a final Order by 29 July 2025).”
