The Etobicoke Civic Centre will be the City of Toronto's state-of-the-art civic hub, an impressive 482,000 square feet of dynamic facilities.

The New Etobicoke Centre (ECC) is a 482,000 square feet mixed-use groundbreaking development is set to redefine the newly redeveloped ECC Precinct at 3755 Bloor Street West.

On the southern side of the site, five public function buildings ranging from 2 to 5 storeys complement the four towers on the northern end, varying in height from 6 to 16 storeys. An expansive two-level underground parking facility spans the property, and a new civic square is introduced for public programming and events, reflecting the city's commitment to enhancing residents' quality of life.

At the heart of this visionary development lies a dynamic mix of facilities, including a community recreation centre and pool, dental offices, a public library, a non-profit childcare centre, community spaces, and government offices, creating a vibrant and inclusive civic environment.

In alignment with Toronto Green Standards (TGS) Version 3 Tier 4 and supporting the City's Transform TO climate action plan, the Etobicoke Civic Centre's High-Performance Buildings will incorporate PV panels and Green Roofs. The integration of intelligent building systems and an Enwave Energy Corporation geothermal plant ensures a sustainable and energy-efficient infrastructure, contributing green energy to the surrounding community.

Additionally, the development is committed to adhering to Toronto Accessibility Design Guidelines (TADG), promoting greater accessibility for all users.

The new ECC is designed to meet the myriad scales of its surroundings and provides a microclimate that encourages people to engage in the public realm.
